For returns, you have 7 days from receipt to send back the artwork for an exchange, credit, or full refund. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition and packaging. Include your receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Once received and inspected, we'll notify you about refund approval. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method, but allow time for processing by your bank or credit card company.

For commissioned art, 50% of the price is non-refundable for the artist's time and materials.

 

To start a return, contact us via our form. Upon acceptance, we'll provide a return label and instructions. Items returned without prior approval won't be accepted.
